1.Registration of learners for the next/new year will be decided by the school principal together with the registration committee. Registration of new learners will commence in the 3rd Term. Letters will be sent to parents informing them about the registration of learners currently at Lukhanyo.
1.Parents who wish to register learners in grade 1 must bring the following documents.
* Clinic Card
* Birth certificates – fill in the registration form and sign at back.
The following documents must be available for parents who register learners from Grade 2 to 7.
* Birth Certificate
* Progress report from previous school
* Transfer
* Cemis number if was a learner in the Western Cape
If the above information is not available no learner will be registered
Parents of the learners currently at Lukhanyo Primary School should re-register by completing the form confirming that the learner is returning back.
Admission:
* Learners who will turn 7 Years of age in grade 1
* Over – age learners will be assessed by the registration committee and will sign * an agreement of code of conduct.
The list of all registered learners will be kept in the Cemis system.
Should there be any changes of address, telephone numbers, guardian’s dedtails, the parent must inform the school.
